For ads, choose a platform (Facebook or Google) and focus on it.
You can always expand your channels later, but if you try to do everything at the same time in the beginning, you'll burn out. In this context, you have to believe that you can learn about marketing and that you can become good at it. A blog is a perfect sandbox for learning digital marketing, since you can try almost every tactic on it, it's low-cost and you'll improve your writing in the process.
However, I don't recommend trying to start your own “big company” as a way to learn marketing; there will be a lot of other things to focus on. First of all, you won't learn to write by reading some online articles, no matter how good they are, on “how to write good marketing copy.” Over the next few months, I spent most of my time learning everything I could about digital marketing.
